First of all, we apologize for the emergency inspection of Titan this morning.

We had emergency inspection due to hardware machine problem and details are mentioned below.

- Occured time : Feb 20, 2009 08:00 Silkroad Standard Time
- Server : Titan
- Reason of the inspection : changing machine due to hardware problem.
- Inspection period : Feb 20, 2009 08:00~12:30 (4 hour 30 min duration)
- Due to the problem, Titan have suffered severe damage compared to other servers, resulting in loss of game data.
Unfortunately, these data cannot be restored.

Titan : Data has been roll-backed to Feb 20, 07:30 Silkroad Standard Time (30 minutes before server inspection)
(* Rollback : For secure and safe game playing, the act of changing a situation back to what it was before where the server was stable. All game playings will reset to a certain point of a data.)

[Additional information]
- Silk and Cash Items used up in the period of Rollback Time are restored.
- Lost time of items such as ability pets, Premium Gold Time will be restored.
- We will compensate for the damage that we have caused.
