I like the concept and how you tried to mix scenes with models and different animations.

But overall there's nothing new.
Work on your language or let somebody help you with that. I still see many mistakes in vocabulary, grammar and punctuation. You also should create a consistent concept for your typography (you often changed font sizes during the vid). And when you're telling a story - why not writing the text onto pictures? Why does it have to be on a black screen? First, that's a waste of time only because there are no pictures with lots of action where you can't pay attention to the text. Second, your vid seems more dynamic by blending text and image together. It increases the felt speed and decreases boredom.
I don't know how others feel about this but suddenly "Baronet" was above the head, which was a bit irritating. You should either show it the whole time or never to not create inconsistency. Mostly things like inconsistent interfaces or text (designs) are irritating and distracting.
The black bars at the top and foot of the image are completely unnecessary. To make it simple: They're a waste of disk space and traffic with no additional use. They even lead to another problem in the case of Possibility: Do you see how your layers are above the bars at 2:40 and later? This is typical when people "create" black bars and forget to put them on top of all layers before rendering out.

All in it's a decent work. It has a nice concept but it technically fails at a few points. Another problem is the language and typo (still).

The one thing I don't get is how this mysterious dragon that lived "thousand years ago" that you dramatically introduced in the beginning could just be beaten by a single strike. You have to follow a straight line to make your movie authentic. The same applies to your special effects, on the one hand you are trying to make it serious and dramati, but on the other hand you are using weird dragon ball stuff, that rather makes it funny. You have to improve those points, if you want to be taken seriously by your viewers.
I gotta get in shape.
From now on will be total organization.
Every muscle must be tight.
