At this moment, we are not able to answer individually all the many questions that you, the users, may have however we are reading and considering, without exception, all of your opinions and questions because we have only one customer support. We apologize for this.

In order to better fulfill this service need we will instead, post about every 1-3 days or weeks a delayed Question and Answer notice.

This may be a small step but we hope it will be a great help and we hope that in the future you will be able to keenly feel the improvements in service planned.

We give our apologies for the delaying or this Q&A. Every member of the staff is trying to translate this messages .

When we release the game we will announce notices about the progress situation, and once the game is in beta status, we will prepare and announce the new download.

Our new game will be called Road of Apologize (ROA)

Due to this situation of developing a new game , new servers and updates for Silkroad Online will be delayed till 2008. We apologize for this and looking forward to 1000s of new coustomers wasting their money on us. We will announce additional notices regarding the precise release date of "Road of Apologize" and of the delayed date when we can update Silkroad Online with Takla Makan.

We give our sincere apologies once again. We will try our best to release the game soon, and provide our users new experiences there.
